Angi Bair
Angi Bair is part of the My Utah Agents Team as a Realtor licensed in both Utah and Idaho. She has 10 years experience as a Realtor. In addition, she is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over 25 years experience as a successful real estate appraiser. Angi has a great knowledge of both the markets in Utah and Idaho. Her appraisal experience allows her to give her clients the best pricing and value analysis on every property.
She has a BA degree in Advertising & Marketing from BYU and spent time in New York studying Advertising and Marketing. Angi received the “Rookie of the Year” for 2012 and the “Presidential Award” for 2012 because of her service and commitment to the industry. She has also received the “Excellence in Real Estate” award the past several years. In 2014 she was voted “Best Realtor” by Cache Valley Family Magazine. In 2017 she was the President of Northern Utah Women’s Council of Realtors and was awarded the “Member of the Year” award. In 2020 she is serving as the Utah State President Elect for the Women's Council of Realtors.
Angi and her family love living in Cache Valley because of the beauty and charm it provides. She enjoys snow skiing, trips to the lake, golfing, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family. She loves helping people invest in themselves and invest in their future.
